Toilet Paper Tube Owl What you'll need: Paint Colored Construction Paper Paintbrush Scissors Toilet Paper tube Google Eyes (Wiggle Eyes) Tape Glue Step 1: Take the toilet paper tube and fold the top together and tape it. Step 2: Cover the tube with construction paper and then paint over it. You can add on designs like swirls and polka-dots. Step 3: Paint on a side-ways triangle for the beak in the middle of the tube. Paper Plate Owl
What you'll need: One Paper Plate Brown Paint Paintbrush White Construction Paper Black Construction Paper Orange Construction Paper Tan Construction Paper Scissors Glue Step 1: Take the paper plate and paint it brown (back and front). Step 2: When the plate is dry, if you want to, cut little humps on the top of the plate to make feather tufts. Step 3: Take the white construction paper and cut circles and glue them down for the eyes. Then, Take the black construction paper and cut out smaller circles for the pupils of the eyes. Then, glue it on top of the white circles. Step 4: Using the orange construction paper, cut out a small triangle for the beak of the owl. Glue it down under the eyes. To make the feet, cut out three triangles and glue them together, and fan them out. Do that again and glue them down at the bottom of the plate. Step 5: The last step to make your owl, you need to cut out a cloud type shape with a flat top out of tan construction paper. Glue this down under the beak for feathers on the chest. |
